The event will take place online on November 14, 2020 from 7:00 – 8:30 pm.
Join us from the comfort of your home to celebrate the strength of our Italian community. This is a salute to the Lido Civic Club of Washington, DC and its Scholarship, Charitable and Civic programs. It will include the swearing in of our 2021 President, presentations on activities of the Lido Club, recognition of our sponsors and an Online Silent Auction.
The Lido Civic Club, founded in 1929, is an Italian American organization dedicated to serving the Washington Metropolitan community through its civic and charitable activities. Since 2004, the Lido Civic Club has provided more than $800,000 in undergraduate college scholarships to deserving students, as well as working with organizations such as the Casa Italiana Language Program, the Aleethia Foundation in its Wounded Warriors rehabilitation program, and the Villa Rosa Nursing Home.
